What is APoS?
Adaptive Point of Service (APoS) is Kombi’s Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that elegantly ties together smart mobile devices along with powerful business intelligence and predictive analytics into a cohesive suite of proprietary cloud and client-based applications built around a robust business rules engine. Using APoS, Kombi provides integrated client software, cloud services, and professional system integration that enable our clients to communicate effectively with their customers and other audiences through connected smart mobile devices, including smart phones, netbooks, tablets and more. Along with Kombi’s professional services, APoS allows organizations to:

The APoS System
SENSE – Utilizing the sensing capabilities of smart devices, APoS takes various types of relevant facts (direct, indirect, extrapolated and user input) and combines them with powerful business logic to evoke functionality from the client device or other networks and systems connected to the device.

REASON – Using the state-of-the-art Kombi Business Rules Engine, APoS processes facts in real-time against potentially complex, dynamic and evolving rules. The response is the delivery of unique experiences & assets to the end-user. The system triggers distinctive, context-sensitive rules and functionality from connected devices and systems during which real-time data is collected, directed and documented using highly secure transport methods.
